Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Once customers have opened or used them, they cannot return perishable goods (such as food or baby products), personal care items, or items with a hygiene seal.
Customers can return any damaged, defective, or incorrect items for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods such as food, drinks, and baby products once opened.
Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, shampoos) once used or opened.
Products purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”

How to Return an Item

Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refunds.
We will issue refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is because of a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us at contact@marketdaybd.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
